General conditions

• Address of the rental property:
  27 rue des Ajoncs, 85150 Les Achards (La Mothe Achard), France
• Minimum rental period:
  The minimum rental period is 1 week
• Maximum number of persons:
  The house may be occupied by a maximum of 6 people.
  An optimal occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children.
• Pets:
  Pets are not allowed in the house and on the property.
• Smoking:
  Smoking is not permitted in the house.
• Arrival:
  Arrival no earlier than 15:00, from 17:00 receipt of the house key via key safe at the house
• Departure:
  Departure from 08:00 to 10:00
• Reservation fee (advance payment) and booking:
  In order to reserve the rental property, the guest must fill in and sign the booking form and return it together with a deposit of 20% of the total rental price.
  Upon receipt of the booking form and deposit, we will send you a confirmation invoice. This is our formal acceptance of your booking.
  Full payment of the total rental price is required 8 weeks before your arrival.
  Payment can be made by bank transfer or Paypal.
• Deposit:
  A deposit of 300 € per rental period must be paid in case of damage to the apartment or household goods at least one week before the start of the rental period.
  The deposit will be returned within one week after departure, provided that the property has been satisfactorily inspected.
• Final cleaning:
  Please leave the rental property in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period. A final cleaning is included in our rental prices.
  We reserve the right to make a deduction of up to 80 € from the deposit to cover additional cleaning costs if you leave the house in an unacceptable condition.
• Other:
  We ask that you respect our neighbors in terms of noise and disturbance.
  Camping on the property is not allowed.
  Please report any defects in the rental property immediately so we can arrange for repairs or replacements as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the problem, this may not be possible during your stay, but we will make every effort to resolve the problem quickly.

Pricing 2024

• January - June 2024:
     770 € per Week up to 4 persons
     840 € per Week for 5 to 6 persons
   
• July and August 2024:
     910 € per Week up to 4 persons
     980 € per Week for 5 to 6 persons
   
• September - December 2024:
     770 € per Week up to 4 persons
     840 € per Week for 5 to 6 persons

There is an extra charge of 15 € per room for the provision of bed linen.

There is an extra charge of 80 € for the final cleaning.

Visitor's tax

Please note that a visitor's tax is payable in addition to the above prices.
The visitor's tax per day for an adult is 5.5% of the daily rate for an adult person.
Children and young people under the age of 18 are exempt from the visitor's tax.

Sample calculations of the visitor's tax:

• You book in June for 3 adults. The tourist tax per adult is € 2.02 per day.
• You book in August for 4 adults. The tourist tax per adult is € 1.93 per day.
• You book in October for 2 adults. The tourist tax per adult is € 3.03 per day.
